Simply place a 1 litre bottle with a diameter of 8.5 cm and a height of 25 cm into the machine. The ROLLER GRILL works on the principle of dry heating, which is provided by a stainless steel heating element with an input of 170 W. In just 15 minutes, the machine can preheat the temperature to 75 °C and then maintain it at 40 °C, the ideal temperature at which chocolate or sauce has the ideal consistency and is warm enough to flavour and garnish a variety of dishes.
