The SAFESCAN 185-S counterfeit detector is specially designed to verify the security features of banknotes and easily detect fakes. It helps to reveal missing security features as well as those invisible to the naked eye. The seven-fold detection includes: infrared properties, magnetic and metal features, watermark, size, thickness and colour of the banknote. It can even detect superdollars, all within half a second. It has a large, clear LCD display that visually alerts you to a suspected counterfeit. It detects banknotes inserted in any orientation. Using the USB port, you can upgrade the SAFESCAN 185-S counterfeit detector for the latest banknotes, and with the optional LB-105 rechargeable battery, it lasts for up to 30 hours. This makes it perfect for use not only in a shop, but also at a market, a stall or wherever you happen to be selling.
