Routin 1883 syrups date back to 1883, when herbalist Philibert Routin blended 24 plants and spices from the French Alps, starting the story of these syrups. They are great for preparing cocktails, milkshakes, coffees, and both alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks, and are sweetened with cane sugar. The Routin 1883 Salted Caramel syrup offers the full colour and flavour of salted caramel and is especially suited for use in coffee and hot chocolate, but you can also use it to flavour milkshakes, pancakes or desserts.
