Valerian (Valeriana officinalis) is a perennial plant growing up to 1.5m tall, found in ditches and bushes in moist soils. Common folk names include cat's root or all-heal. Valerian is sought after mainly for its positive effects on cognitive function and mental health. During periods of increased stress, it helps with relaxation. It has a positive effect on the cardiovascular system, helps maintain normal blood pressure, and promotes healthy digestion.

Recommended dosage
After shaking, take 17 drops 3× daily. We recommend placing it in the mouth and allowing it to be absorbed through the mucous membranes. It can be taken with a small amount of water. The recommended daily dose contains an extract equivalent to 966mg of dried plant matter.
