The enhanced One UI 8.5 creates a deep connection between the Galaxy Buds and a Galaxy phone. ANC - Active Noise Cancellation
Headphones with Active Noise Cancellation (ANC) use microphones to capture ambient sound and cancel it out using anti-phase. Great for planes, public transport, or noisy offices.
Bluetooth codecs
The Bluetooth codec affects transmission quality. SBC is basic, AAC offers higher quality for Apple devices, and aptX or LDAC provide better sound on Android devices too.¹Wireless charger and charging cable sold separately.

Depending on the One UI version, you may need to download the UnifiedMgr module. Devices with a One UI version lower than 8.0 require the Galaxy Wearable app to be downloaded.
Connecting the Samsung Galaxy Buds4 as Bluetooth Audio is available regardless of the operating system, but to configure advanced settings in the Galaxy Wearable app, the Galaxy Buds4 must be paired with a phone running Android version 12.0 or higher with at least 1.5GB of memory.
Activating and changing Galaxy Buds4 settings in the Galaxy Wearable app requires logging in to a Samsung Account.
