Advanced cooling system
The Tri-X cooling system uses Free Flow technology, which optimises airflow through the heatsink fins and minimises turbulence. The fans, with their AeroCurve blades, reduce air friction and extend the usable speed range while maintaining low noise levels thanks to dual ball bearings. The card uses Honeywell PTM7950 as a thermal interface material between the chip and the heatsink, ensuring an efficient heat transfer. The integrated cooling module is in direct contact with the GPU, memory, and VRM circuits, which ensures even heat dissipation.
Durable construction and premium materials
The card's design features a robust FrameDefense frame structure that protects internal components from damage during handling. The card is mounted on a base with high-temperature-resistant copper surfaces, ensuring stable operation under heavy loads. An aluminium brace increases the overall rigidity of the structure and aids in heat dissipation. The SAPPHIRE logo features ARGB LED lighting, which you can control via TriXX software or synchronise with your motherboard's RGB lighting using a 3-pin connector.

Power is delivered by a 14-phase design with precise voltage regulation and high efficiency. The card requires two 8-pin PCIe connectors and a recommended power supply of at least 750W. Protective fuses on the external power connectors protect the card from damage. It also includes support for AV1 encoding and decoding, AMD Radiance Display Engine, and AMD FreeSync.
