Transfer speed for continuous recording from multiple cameras and construction
The Seagate SkyHawk hard drive delivers high performance and reliability. The SATA III interface provides a transfer speed of up to 180MB/s and a 256MB cache, which ensures a fast response and immediate access to stored data. The Seagate SkyHawk drive also supports RAID configurations. The durable construction of the Seagate SkyHawk drive enables reliable storage operation in DVR and NVR systems with more than 8 drives. Thanks to its robust design, drive vibrations are eliminated, maintaining maximum performance and fast response times, for example, when drives are connected in a RAID setup.
Rescue Data Recovery Services and software
SkyHawk drives include a three-year Rescue Data Recovery Services plan, which helps recover data in the event of mechanical damage, an accident, or external events. Recovery is handled by the manufacturer's specialised service team. SkyHawk Health Management (SHM) is disk monitoring software designed for prevention, intervention, and recovery. It is available for standard SkyHawk and SkyHawk AI hard drives.
