Even Browning from Top and Bottom
Thanks to two heating elements at the top and bottom, the SFR 9800SS fryer can evenly brown and heat food from both sides. This speeds up food preparation and eliminates the need to turn, shake or stir it.

The fryer is equipped with a water sprayer that helps keep food juicy. For selected programmes, a small amount of water is added to the basket during preparation, which turns into a fine steam. This prevents the food from drying out, while the hot air beautifully crisps the surface.
All-Stainless Steel Body
The body of the fryer is made of premium stainless steel, which offers long life and trouble-free maintenance. The interior is also made of stainless steel, which is hygienic and resistant to high temperatures. You can start cooking immediately, as there is no need to 'burn it in' before first use.
Control the Cooking with the Viewing Window
You can keep an eye on your food from start to finish thanks to the interior light and large viewing window. There's no need to open the fryer, so the food inside can cook at a stable temperature.
Basket and Rack with Ceramic Surface
The non-stick ceramic coating ensures easy maintenance of the frying basket and rack, as food does not stick or burn to them. The surface is also resistant to high temperatures and scratches and conducts heat better, so food always browns evenly.
Ribbed Basket Base
The frying basket is also great for frying or grilling meat and vegetables, as it has a ribbed surface similar to the plates of a contact grill. The ribbed bottom prevents sticking, promotes even browning on the underside and gives ingredients that typical grilled appearance.

The high power input of 2,000W ensures trouble-free operation and fast cooking. All parameters can be adjusted to your taste thanks to the 60-minute timer and temperature settings from 40 to 200°C.
