Capacious 6l cooking vessel
The slow cooker can easily feed up to 8 family members. The cooking pot has a capacity of 6 litres and is equipped with a high-quality non-stick aluminium coating that conducts heat perfectly to all sides, whether baking, cooking, roasting or frying. The well-crafted shape of the container allows even cooking of ingredients. Cooking is very easy - just chop the ingredients, put them in the pot, select the mode and the rest will take care of itself. The food is ready to be served when you return home.
Can cook in a vacuum
The slow cooker also allows you to work with Sous-Vide (vacuum cooking). This method of heat treatment is very popular and consists of preparing food in an airtight plastic container in a temperature-controlled water bath. This is a very gentle method that allows you to extract maximum flavour from the ingredients and preserve their quality. Sous-Vide mode is suitable for meat, vegetables and fruit.
Cooking pot with steam basket
The equipment also includes a steam basket, which allows steaming. This method of cooking is considered to be one of the healthiest, as the steam preserves the valuable nutrients in the food. Because the food is not submerged in water, it retains more flavour and its natural colour. Simply place the steamer basket with the ingredients in the pot and select the appropriate mode.
8 automatic programs
Thanks to its slow cooking, it can prepare, for example, a broth for up to 6 hours or a tasty sauce within 4 hours, to name just a few of the many possibilities. The pot can also be adapted for conventional cooking, roasting, braising or sautéing. It offers a wide range of applications including steaming and vacuum cooking. As an added bonus, it's equipped with a Keep Warm function that keeps food warm for up to 10 hours, and a delayed start function.
