Recommended dosage
Prevention:
1-2 capsules on an empty stomach
When in difficulty:
Adults: 3-6 capsules on an empty stomach divided into 2-3 doses during the day
Children 1-3 years: 1 capsule per day to pour into a small amount of drink
Children 3-6 years old: 1-2 capsules per day sprinkled into a small amount of drink
Children 6-12 years old: 2-3 capsules per day sprinkled into a small amount of drink
