Shanling EC Play Silver

The Shanling EC Play CD player combines physical media playback with modern features. Thanks to its aluminium body and compact size, it's suitable for both travel and your desk. Inside, a D/A converter and headphone amplifiers work together to deliver clear sound. Besides playing CDs, you can also use it as a Bluetooth receiver or a USB DAC for your computer. The integrated battery offers up to 12 hours of listening time, so your music can accompany you all day long.

Quality sound for headphone listening

The Shanling EC Play isn't just a simple disc player; it's a complete personal audio device. Sound processing is handled by a Cirrus Logic CS43198 D/A converter, complemented by a pair of SGM8262-2 headphone amplifiers. This combination provides plenty of power, even for more demanding headphones. You also have two gain levels available, which let you adjust the output level to perfectly match your headphones' sensitivity.

Stable, vibration-free playback

To ensure the clearest possible sound from your CDs, the player is equipped with an anti-vibration design. Its key component is the active magnetic disc clamp, which helps to stabilise rotation and limit unwanted mechanical vibrations. The aluminium body contributes to its overall strength and durability. For safe transport, you'll also appreciate the practical lid lock, which prevents the player from accidentally opening on the move.

Flexible use at home and on the go

The Shanling EC Play player can operate in several modes. You can use it as a Bluetooth receiver and wirelessly stream music to it from your phone. When connected to a computer or tablet, it serves as an external USB DAC. For integration into a home Hi-Fi system, a 3.5mm coaxial SPDIF output is ready, which enables connection to external D/A converters or amplifiers.
