How should you look after your knife blades?
The blade is factory-sharpened to a 16° angle, which gives Siguro Uchi knives a precise cut and excellent control when slicing. To maintain this finer, sharper angle, you can use the included sharpening steel, standard kitchen sharpeners with a pre-set angle, or even a traditional whetstone.
