ILAG® Professional S finish
ILAG® Professional S three-layer non-stick surface is based on an innovative multi-polymer combination specially developed by ILAG. It has an extremely long-lasting non-stick effect and is particularly suitable for gentle cooking. In addition, it boasts high scratch resistance and consists of those layers:
- adhesive layer to connect the cookware and ILAG layers
- ceramic primer with NMP-free technology
- wear-resistant middle layer
- surface seal with polymer matrix

The pans have an aluminium base and induction plates made of ferromagnetic material. This combination guarantees even heat distribution and safe use on any type of hob - ceramic, halogen, gas electric and, last but not least, induction. Siguro Pure Delight pans can also be safely washed in the dishwasher and used in the oven up to 250 °C.
Material structure of pans
- Non-stick ILAG coating - Prevents food from sticking, makes cooking and cleaning easier. It reduces the need for oil, which contributes to healthier cooking. It is scratch-resistant and ensures a long service life.
- Stainless steel 304- It is highly resistant to corrosion and high temperatures, which guarantees a long service life.
- Aluminum bottom - Aluminum inside the bottom ensures excellent thermal conductivity and even heat distribution. This cooks food evenly and reduces the risk of scorching. Aluminum is also lightweight, which contributes to easier handling of the pan.
- Induction Plate - Made of ferromagnetic material, it allows fast and efficient heat transfer, increasing energy efficiency and speeding up cooking.
