The SIRMAN STER EL steriliser, made from high-quality stainless steel, is designed for sterilising kitchen knives using hot water. The steriliser is equipped with two control taps for water inlet and outlet, with the water temperature in the tank automatically regulated to 90°C. The steriliser can accommodate knives with a maximum blade length of 270mm and has two holes at the top for convenient wall mounting.
