SleepLab Sherpa 8 kg

The SleepLab Sherpa weighted blanket is a therapeutic aid that uses its 8kg weight to create a sense of calm and security. It works on the principle of Deep Touch Pressure, which helps to calm the nervous system and contributes to better quality sleep. One side of the blanket's surface is made from a soft Sherpa material resembling faux fur, which is pleasant to the touch. Its properties make it suitable for use on colder nights or for relaxing during the day.

Therapeutic effects and quality craftsmanship

The weighted blanket works on the principle of Deep Touch Pressure. The weight of the blanket, provided by a filling of glass microbeads, applies pressure to the body and helps to calm the nervous system. This effect can help shorten the time it takes to fall asleep and reduce waking up during the night. To ensure the weight is distributed evenly across the entire surface, the blanket is stitched into small 5×5cm compartments. This design prevents the microbeads from shifting and clumping in one area. The materials used meet strict criteria, as evidenced by the OEKO-TEX STANDARD 100 certification, which confirms they are not hazardous to health.
