Square crowbars

The square crowbar differs from other types of crowbars mainly by the profile of its body, which is, as the name suggests, square. This design brings several practical features. Thanks to the flat sides, the tool does not twist in the hand and does not roll when placed on a surface, which increases stability when working. At the same time, the square profile is suitable for hammer or mallet strikes as it provides a solid and flat striking surface. This ensures efficient force transfer without the risk of the tool slipping. It is used for heavy demolition and construction work such as soldering overgrown structures, lifting heavy loads, straightening materials or punching holes. Like other crowbars, it usually has two different ends. One end is usually flat, resembling a chisel, and is used for direct prying or scraping. The other end is curved, often with a groove to allow nails to be driven out and provide more leverage.
