OLED printer

The principle of OLED printing is to replace the laser beam used in conventional laser printers with a new type of light source. It uses a special electroluminescent polymer material (similar to an OLED) that is deposited on a glass substrate to create a linear light source. This source then allows specific points on the print medium to be illuminated in a very precise and controlled manner. It is thus an economical alternative to laser printing.
