Calcium and vitamin C contribute to normal energy metabolism. Calcium helps normal muscle function and contributes to the normal function of nerve transmission. Calcium is needed to maintain normal bones and teeth. Vitamin C contributes to the maintenance of normal immune system function during and after intense physical exercise. It also contributes to the normal production of collagen for normal blood vessel function, bones, cartilage, gums, skin, teeth. Vitamin C helps to reduce the rate of fatigue and exhaustion.
Does not contain: gluten, wheat, milk, Soy, yeast, preservatives, sweeteners, artificial flavours and colours.
Dosage and method of use of vitamin C Solgar Ester C Plus 1000 mg:
As a dietary supplement for adults, take one (1) tablet daily, preferably with food or as recommended by a physician.
