Does not contain: gluten, wheat, milk, Soy, yeast, sweeteners, artificial flavours and colours.
Dosage and method of use Solgar Vitamin D3 2200 IU:
As a dietary supplement, adults take one (1) herbal capsule daily, ideally with a meal or as directed by a physician. Do not exceed the recommended daily dosage. Dietary supplements should not be used as a substitute for a varied, balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle.
