Dosage and method of use Solgar Vitamin D3 2500 IU:
Shake before use! As a dietary supplement, adults take 0.5 ml 2-3 times a week with meals or as directed by a physician. It can be mixed into a drink or taken directly from the dropper. Calibrated dropper is included in the product. Do not exceed the recommended daily dosage. Dietary supplements should not be used as a substitute for a varied, balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle.
