Zinc contributes, among other things, to: normal function of the immune system, protection of cells from oxidative stress, normal fertility and reproduction.
Does not contain: gluten, wheat, milk, Soy, yeast, sweeteners, artificial flavours and colours.
Recommended dosage of Solgar Zinc 22 mg:
As a dietary supplement, adults take one (1) tablet daily ideally with a meal or as directed by a physician.
Do not exceed the recommended daily dosage. Dietary supplements should not be used as a substitute for a varied, balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle.
