SonnenMoor Peat Bath is a natural bath additive that provides unique warming and regenerating effects. Thanks to its high concentration of humic acids, minerals and trace elements, it cares for the skin, improves its elasticity and promotes blood circulation. It is ideal for relaxation after physical exertion, regeneration after injuries or surgeries or as part of prevention and detoxification of the body. The fine texture of peat allows it to be used even in whirlpools without the risk of clogging the waste.

Active ingredients:
Humic acids, minerals and trace elements - care for the skin, improve its elasticity and promote blood circulation.
Use: Body bath: Add 250 ml of peat bath to 32-36 °C warm water and mix well. Bath time: 15-20 minutes. Sitting bath: Mix 125 ml of peat bath with the necessary amount of warm water. Hand and foot bath: Add 62.5 ml of peat bath to warm water. After the bath, rinse briefly with clean water, pat dry and rest for 20 minutes. For best results we recommend a series of 8-10 baths, maximum 2 per week.
