Self-heating technology 

Due to state-of-the-art technology, this food is self-healing. This is a special bag that can heat your food up without any help in 12 minutes. You do not need utensils or expensive cookers, AdventureMenu products will handle it themselves. Self-heating works on the basis of an exothermic reaction between calcium oxide and water. The set includes a zipper bag and two 20g self-heating bags.
