Durability of the ALFA Kjerr Perform GTX M trekking boot upper
The base of the upper is a structured Cordura fabric. This synthetic material is characterized by high mechanical strength and abrasion resistance while maintaining low weight. To increase durability in harsh conditions, the shoe is reinforced in the toe, heel and sides. These protective elements prevent the material from being damaged by contact with sharp rocks or roots, while mechanically stabilising the lower part of the upper.
Waterproof and thermoregulation
Protection from external moisture is provided by an integrated GORE-TEX membrane. Its microporous structure prevents water from penetrating inside the shoe, keeping the foot dry even when walking through wet grass or a shallow stream. The technology also allows the body's moisture in the form of vapour to escape to the outside, helping to maintain an optimal microclimate inside the shoe during physical activity.
Vibram sole traction
The Vibram sole is specific for its grip on dry and wet ground. The geometry of the pattern ensures traction in muddy terrain and stability on rocky surfaces. The material compound is designed to resist wear and tear and provide confidence on descents and ascents, while the midsole absorbs shock from walking.
Cut and fixation of the foot
