Preparation and dosing
To prepare an isotonic drink, mix 1 scoop (30 g) in 500 ml of cold water. The recommended daily dose is 30-60 g, ie 500-1000 ml of drink per day during sports performance. Prepare a hypotonic drink by mixing 15 g of powder in 500 ml of water.
