Preparation
Mix 2 scoops (50g) with 220–250ml of hot water or milk. Mix well with a spoon until you get a porridge-like consistency. You can sweeten the porridge with a little honey and garnish with fruit or nuts. The ratio of ingredients can be changed according to your needs and taste.
