Ingredients

Instantized extruded oat flour, cocoa powder, natural and nature-identical flavouring, sweeteners: steviol glycosides, sucralose and acesulfame-K.
Note:
The product was manufactured in the plant, which processes raw materials from milk, eggs, soybeans, gluten, of crustaceans, nuts and peanuts.

Preparation

1. Oatmeal: Mix 1 scoop of OatMash® (50 g) with 200 ml of hot water or milk. Mix everything well with a tablespoon. Wait two minutes. You can flavour the porridge with honey and garnish with fruit or nuts. You can vary the thickness of the porridge according to your needs.
2. Oat drink: mix 1 scoop (50 g) with 300 ml of water or milk. Use a blender or hand shaker. You can also mix OatMash® with your favourite protein shake.

Recommended dosage

OatMash® can be consumed at any time of the day, prepared hot or cold. You can also add to your recipes such as pancakes, cakes, puddings. The unflavoured version is excellent for easy thickening of soups or sauces without the need for boiling.

Storage

Store in a dry place at a temperature below 25 °C, protect from direct sunlight and from frost.
