ANV Knives M73 KONTOS

The M73 Kontos incorporates all the basic components of the M series knives. It has a full-tang design with a thoroughly contoured girth and a lightweight handle for perfect balance. The blade is made of Swedish Sleipner steel, Stonewash or Cerakote coated, with a 3D machined handle made of a solid piece of micarta. The M73 KONTOS can be clearly identified by its hexagonal base, made from the original tank belt pin. It comes with a self-locking Kydex holster that is complete with several MOLLE clips. When designing the M73 knife, ANV Knives tried to emphasize the familiar elements of the T72 tank. In the spine of the knife you see the strictly flat top surface of the tank hull. The front, false blade embodies an axe, i.e. the front armoured section of the tank. Finally, the blade itself follows the same curve as the hull tub in the compartment under the tank driver.
