The Big Adventure Semeru 3P is a double-skinned outdoor tent for 3 people. Its igloo-style pole construction makes it the perfect solution for your trips into the great outdoors. Durable materials and stable construction
The tent's foundation is a pole construction made from lightweight and strong aluminium. The polyester outer skin resists the elements and, along with the groundsheet, has a water resistance rating of 3000mm water column. The double-skinned design effectively separates the inner space from the outer flysheet, helping to prevent water vapour condensation on the bedroom walls. The igloo shape naturally distributes wind pressure across the entire surface of the structure.
Practical entrance and ventilation design
The two-entrance layout makes it easy to get into the tent without having to climb over other occupants. Each entrance can be used to quickly air out the entire space after a hot day. Airflow is supported by specially placed mesh vents in the tent's skin. These ventilation features maintain a pleasant climate inside, even when fully occupied by three people.
Insect protection and storage space
The entrance openings are fitted with a fine mesh that prevents mosquitoes and other insects from entering the bedroom. The porch, or apse, creates a sheltered area in front of the entrance where you can leave muddy shoes or damp outerwear. This way, you can keep the sleeping area clean and dry in all conditions. The tent's compact packed dimensions of 11 × 38 × 15cm make it easy to transport in a backpack.

Water column
Indicates the resistance of the fabric and seams to water penetration. It specifies the amount of water the material can hold before it starts to leak. The higher the value in mm, the higher the tent's resistance. Every tent should have a flysheet with a water column of at least 2000mm, which is approximately the pressure exerted by a raindrop travelling at 80–90 km/h. To survive a storm unscathed, a water column of at least 3000mm is a safer bet. For the groundsheet, a water column of 5000mm is recommended for general hiking.
