Campgo HeatWave

Campgo HeatWave – lightweight, high thermal comfort
The Campgo HeatWave down mummy sleeping bag is an excellent choice for more demanding expeditions from spring to fall, where you’ll appreciate the combination of low weight and high thermal comfort. With a comfort temperature of 0°C, it will reliably keep you warm even on significantly colder nights and provide a comfortable environment for a good night’s sleep even as temperatures drop. It also features practical details such as a two-way SBS zip with anti-jam protection, a spacious inner pocket for small items, a drawstring hood, an inner thermal collar, and reflective loops for easy hanging. When packed, the sleeping bag has compact dimensions that you’ll appreciate when travelling light or on longer trips. The package includes a compression bag for transport, as well as a mesh bag suitable for gentle long-term storage of the down filling.

Lightweight materials and effective insulation
The outer material of the Campgo HeatWave sleeping bag is made of lightweight and durable 20D 380T Ripstop nylon with a water-repellent finish, which excels in strength and tear resistance, while the inner lining of 20D 380T nylon is soft to the touch, lightweight, and highly breathable, contributing to overall sleeping comfort. The filling of high-quality duck down in an 80/20 ratio (down/feathers) ensures excellent insulation properties, natural breathability, and effective heat retention without adding unnecessary weight. And if you want to air out the sleeping bag after use, you’ll appreciate the reflective loops, which make it easy to hang—so it dries quickly after a night’s sleep and is ready for the next use.

Thoughtful details for greater comfort
The Campgo HeatWave sleeping bag features a drawstring hood that allows you to adjust the space around your head to suit current conditions, helping to keep your upper body warm even on colder nights. The inner thermal collar reduces heat loss around the shoulders and neck while preventing cold air from entering. This makes it easy to create a comfortable and thermally balanced environment for a peaceful night’s sleep. There’s also a spacious inner pocket (20 × 15cm) where you can store small items—such as a phone or headlamp—so they remain safely stowed and yet easily accessible.

The Campgo HeatWave features a zipper designed for smooth, snag-free use
The practical two-way SBS zip (with two sliders) allows you to open the Campgo HeatWave sleeping bag from the foot end, which is especially useful for ventilation on warmer nights or for regulating the internal temperature. The sliders are equipped with an anti-jam cover, and there is also a protective flap along the zip that helps prevent the fabric from getting caught when zipping up. The zip thus ensures smooth, comfortable, and trouble-free use.

Compression and storage bags included in the package
In addition to the compression bag for transport, the package also includes a mesh bag suitable for long-term storage. It is not recommended to store down sleeping bags compressed in a compression bag, as this could cause the down to lose its insulating properties. The mesh bag thus helps keep the filling in optimal condition and extends its lifespan. However, the compression bag allows the Campgo HeatWave to be compressed down to 27 × 15cm during transport, which you’ll appreciate especially during more demanding trips and when trying to save space.

What do comfort, limit, and extreme temperatures mean?
The comfort temperature of 0°C represents the lowest temperature at which an average woman (60kg, 160cm) can sleep comfortably in a relaxed position without feeling cold, provided she uses a sleeping pad and a base layer of clothing appropriate for the surrounding conditions. The limit temperature of -5°C indicates the threshold at which an average man (70kg, 173cm) can sleep without feeling cold in a curled-up position, although comfort may vary individually and also depends on cold tolerance. The extreme temperature of -23°C is only a rough safety guideline and is not recommended as a basis for selecting a sleeping bag. The temperature range was tested in accordance with the international standard EN ISO 23537-1, which establishes a uniform methodology for measuring the thermal properties of sleeping bags.
