Catchball, green

Reaction training has never been easier! The Catchball is a great training aid for all hockey goalies. It allows you to train without the need for an ice rink, a wall or a friend . All you have to do is tie the catchball around your body and then throw it in front of you. The flexible cable always sends the ball against you to catch it, thus practicing your eye-hand coordination, reaction speed and trajectory estimation.
