The Cold Steel SR1 Lite with its smooth blade is a rugged closing knife that can handle the toughest jobs. Suitable for everyday activities, outdoor activities, hiking or minor repairs. The plastic handle is lightweight, so you'll be in full control of the knife's handling. The very durable Clip-point blade with a thickness of 4.8 mm is made of strong American powder steel 8Cr14MoV, which has very good strength properties. The handle is made of Griv-Ex™ and is also reinforced with 1 mm thick steel inserts. The handle material is not subject to moisture, temperature changes and does not warp. The deep texture offers amazing anti-slip properties of the handle. The knife features a patented Cold Steel® Tri-Ad Lock™ that prevents the knife from closing automatically or unintentionally, even after natural wear and tear over time.
