If you like to experiment, try traversing the busy streets of the city in an unconventional manner. The hoverboard, or in this case, the "Colonel" Offroad Fire, is powered by two 350-watt engines that reach a maximum speed of 16km/h. The foundation for a safe ride on the hoverboard is the auto-balancing system. This system determines whether the rider is leaning forwards or backwards and then changes the direction of travel accordingly. The Offroad Fire can reach a maximum gradient of 15° with a battery that will run for up to 20km in ideal conditions. In addition, you can control the hoverboard via a mobile application, and this particular model has a built-in Bluetooth speaker as well.

You control the direction of travel as you lean

The revolutionary balancing system technology comes to you via Segway, which first employed this technology in its two-wheeled, self-balancing scooter.
