The grip has a length of 12-14 cm and is divided into five sizes L1 - L5 according to the circumference. Grip 3 is suitable for the average male hand. The second important parameter is the weight of the racket. For a beginner we recommend choosing a racket weighing up to 290 g. Rackets weighing over 300 g are quite heavy, so chances are that your hands will start hurting soon after the start of the game. They are designed for professional players.
