The principle of Pitjau
Pitjau is played with an ultra-light, hand-sewn ball that weighs less than five grams. The goal is to get it through the ring, which is mounted on a height-adjustable stand. Before the game starts, the ball is inflated several times with the mouth and then hit through the circle with the flat of the palm. The opponent has three touches to return the ball in the same way.
You just need a little space
Pitjau is suitable for players aged six and up and brings people together regardless of age or experience. It can be played at home with the family, on holiday, in school PE or as a quick and fun diversion for the working day. The indoor game is great for sports clubs and informal competitions as itdevelops precision, movement coordination and teamwork. Thanks to the extremely low weight of the ball, the Pitjau game can be played without the risk of breaking surrounding objects. You only need 5 to 8 m².
