BCAA amino acids (leucine, isoleucine, valine) in their purest form so that the body can immediately use them quickly and effectively to protect muscle
Recommended dosage:
Before exercise within 30 to 60 minutes before exercise in a dose of 5 tablets (with sufficient water). After exercise, the intake of BCAAs is ensured by special recovery drinks Enervit R2 Sport or Enervit R1 Sport, in which these amino acids are abundantly contained.
