Recommended use

We recommend taking long term, especially before a particularly difficult or important race and before a difficult training period. Take 1 scoop 2 hours before exercise for 14 days, or take 2 scoops 2 hours before exercise for 7 days. In case of a day without training, take as a drink with breakfast.
Mix 1 or 2 scoops in 150 to 200 ml of water or skimmed milk. Two scoops daily for one week prior to surgery, or one scoop daily for two weeks prior to surgery.
