How to dose the jelly optimally?
For a perfect preparation of the body for sport, the manufacturer recommends eating 1 jelly approximately 45-60 minutes before sporting activity for exercise lasting up to 120 minutes. For longer endurance exercise, eat 2 jelly beans - the first about 90-120 minutes and the second 45-60 minutes before exercise.
