Using the warmers is very simple. Just open the packaging and the insoles will activate on contact with air within approximately 15 minutes. They reach a stable temperature between 39 and 40°C, providing pleasant warmth. If you need to pause the heating, simply place the insoles in an airtight bag. This will stop the chemical reaction and save the heat for later use. Once removed from the bag, they will reactivate on their own.
