Preparation
Mix the contents of one scoop (45 g) of Hero in 200 ml of water or skimmed milk.
Recommended dosage
It depends on body weight, sports activity and diet composition. It is recommended to spread the daily dose (max. 2 scoops) in 2 servings, which should be consumed as a snack between meals and especially on training days within 30 minutes after training.
Storage
Store in a dry place at temperatures up to 25 °C, carefully sealed. Cprotect from direct sunlight and frost. Keep out of reach of children. Once opened, use within 6 months.
