Hydro 77 DH12 contains instant, easily soluble, enzymatically hydrolysed whey concentrate with a hydrolysis grade of DH12. DH12 is a high degree of hydrolysis, which gives the protein a high content of short peptides. The pleasantly sweet taste is due to the fact that the product contains sweetener from the stevia plant. The protein is low in carbohydrates at only 2.5 g and fat at 1.9 g per serving.
What does it mean that the protein is hydrolyzed?
Through the process of hydrolysis, protein bonds are cleaved by protease enzymes (enzymes that cleave proteins) into long-chain amino acids. These amino acids are called polypeptides. This is an enzymatic hydrolysis process - pre-digestion ("pre-chewing"). Its product is a greatly usable protein for the body in the form of peptides, which include: oligopeptides (have more than 12 amino acids), dipeptides (have 2 amino acids), tripeptides (have 3 amino acids), tetrapeptides (have 4 amino acids), pentapeptides (have 5 amino acids), etc. Bioavailability index BV 104-107. Enzymatically hydrolysed whey protein with hydrolysis grade DH12 (protein fraction content: beta lactoglobulin 36%, alpha lactalbumin 15%, immunoglobulin 2.5%, bovine serum albumin 2,5 %, whey protein fractions with a molar mass of 500-1000 Da 4 %, whey protein fractions with molar mass < 500 KDa 40%), a complex of 7 enzymes: papain, alpha amylase, bromelain, lactase, cellulase, neutral protease, lipase; added substances: aroma, steviol glycosides (sweetener from the stevia plant - natural origin), sucralose (sweetener), beta carotene (natural colour), sunflower lecithin (emulsifier).
Preparation
Mix the contents of 1 scoop (30 g) in 150-200 ml of water.
Recommended dosage
It depends on body weight, sports activity and diet composition.
It is recommended to divide the daily dose (2-3 scoops) into 2-3 servings.
