Long® 80 Multiprotein is a multi-component protein containing proteins from 8 protein sources. Thanks to this, the product is characterized by a balanced amino acid spectrum, which is very important for its effect. Whey protein concentrates, hydrolysates and isolates make up 75% of the product's protein content and micellar casein and egg protein are the source of the other 25%. Long® 80 Multiprotein is suitable in all cases where it is necessary to ensure an immediate and longer-term continuous supply of protein. With a delicious chocolate and coconut flavour.

Preparation
Mix the contents of 1 scoop (30 g) of Long® 80 Multiprotein in 200 ml of water or skimmed milk
Recommended dosage
It depends on body weight, sports activity and diet composition. It is recommended to divide the daily dose (2-3 scoops) into 2-3 servings.
Storage
Store in a dry place at temperatures up to 25 °C, carefully sealed. Once opened, use within six months. Protect from frost and direct sunlight. Use by the date on the packaging.
