High-protein pudding
The basis of nutrition in bodybuilding is a high-protein diet. Without a supply of high quality and easily absorbed protein, muscle growth is not possible. This is a well-known and indisputable fact. The king among protein sources is whey protein, or whey protein. The most prized whey protein is the 90% whey isolate WPI. It has the best absorbability and is best utilized as a building substance for muscle growth. And it is this source of protein that is the main source of protein in Protein Pudding. In the pudding there is even a great variant with 90% WPI, namely WPI CFM. It retains all biological fractions and is considered the absolute top among 90% whey isolates.
