Preparation

Mix 30 g (1 serving) in 150-200 ml of water or skimmed milk.

Recommended dosage

It depends on body weight, sports activity and diet composition. It is recommended to divide the daily dose (30-90 g) into 1-3 servings of 30 g.

Storage

Store in a dry place at temperatures up to 25 °C, carefully sealed. Once opened, use within six months. Protect from frost and direct sunlight.
