The Current Trend

Recently, it has become popular to equip road bikes with wider tyres and rims. The manufacturer of the VR 6 also had this trend in mind and, of course, prepared the bike for such wider tyres. Consequently, the bike's frame boasts a large 42mm space between the rear structure struts, which allows you to use wider tyres than those found on most similar road bikes. Officially, the maximum recommended width of the tyre is about 30mm, but you can go even wider.
