The Ferrino Hiker children's poncho in size XL is designed to protect kids from bad weather on trips and hikes. With its specially shaped back, it easily covers a backpack too, keeping all their gear dry. The poncho is made of 100% nylon with taped seams, ensuring it is both waterproof and windproof. A shaped hood with simple adjustment protects the head and face, and it takes up minimal space when packed into the included carry bag.

Protection from rain and wind

The basis of the poncho is a nylon fabric that naturally resists the wind. Waterproofing is provided by a combination of a 2000mm water column and fully taped seams, which prevent water from penetrating the most vulnerable areas. A shaped hood with One Touch adjustment lets you tighten it quickly with one hand to protect the face. Thanks to the extended back, the poncho easily fits over a bulky hiking backpack, protecting it from getting wet.
