Flow Recovery drink is a sports drink that is created for athletes of different disciplines. Contains glucose, maltodextrin, fructose, isomaltulose, L-leucine, L-lysine, L-valine, L-histidine, L-tryptophan, vitamin A, D3, E, C, B1, B3, B5, B6, B7, B9 and B12, iron, copper, manganese, selenium, zinc, calcium, magnesium, potassium and sodium.
Flow Recovery drink, on the other hand, does not contain lactose, gluten, artificial sweeteners, colours or flavours. The 1000 g package is sufficient for the preparation of 20 doses. Flow Recovery drink is also suitable for vegetarians and vegans.

Preparation / dosage
Mix 49 g of powder (2 scoops) with 300 ml of drinking water. Take within 30 minutes after physical exercise. For particularly heavy loads, take another dose in the evening.
