Garmin SDM4 Foot Pod

The Garmin SDM4 monitors your distance and cadence whether you are indoors, on a running track or outdoors. It is compatible with other Garmin devices and communicates using ANT+ wireless technology. Unlike conventional pedometers, it uses advanced MEMS technology to achieve up to 98% accuracy for speed and distance. It's so small you can attach it to your shoelaces or put it in the mid-sole pocket of some trainers. The small replaceable battery promises to last up to one year.
