GF nutrition Diamond MASS carbohydrate blend consists of trehalose, corn polymers with 72% amylopectin and maltodextrin DE19 from corn starch. The protein component consists of native whey isolate and concentrate obtained by microfiltration and ultrafiltration and native milk concentrate obtained from cow's milk. The blend is enriched with Kyowa Quality fermented Glutamine with high standard and pharmaceutical grade purity. It also contains BCAA amino acids with a high proportion of L-Leucine and MCTs, or medium-chain fatty acids. GF nutrition Diamond MASS is enriched with B vitamins and vitamins D3 and C. There are also digestive enzymes Opti-7-Digest and probiotics from the British company Lactospore® (Bacillus Coagulans) for even easier digestibility.

- Trehalose - a non-reducing sugar from the group of disaccharides, which stabilizes cell membranes and participates in the construction of muscle cell walls

- Maltodextrin DE19 - maltodextrin obtained by enzymatic hydrolysis of corn starch with dextrose equivalent 19 allows optimal and re-synthesis of glycogen
- Glutamine Kyowa Quality - protects muscle mass, accelerates recovery, helps muscle growth and greatly strengthens the immune system

Preparation
Mix the recommended dose of 100 g properly in water using a shaker. Measuring cup is included.
Recommended dosage
Depending on your diet and daily carbohydrate intake, take 1-2 doses per day immediately after training and anytime during the day between meals.
