True Whey protein is produced by gentle whey filtration processes such as CFM (Cross Flow Microfiltration). This process separates the fat and sugar from the protein, resulting in a high quality and easily digestible whey protein. According to the flavour, it has up to 77% protein and contains all essential amino acids, including 5.9 g of BCAAs per serving.
